i need help to find a CPT for pseudoaneurysm in right ventricle outflow tract and main pulmonary artery this is a 3 month old patient, if unlisted what would i compare it to please? thanks so much

the pseudoaneurysm was entered and the walls were resected over the main pulmonary artery and the ascending aorta. Once enough aorta was dissected, . We completed removal of pseudoaneurysm tissue down to the neck where it originated from and this was the anterior sinus of the main pulmonary artery as well as the distal portion of the right ventricular outflow tract. The posterior portion of the pulmonary annulus seemed intact. An oval-shaped piece of homograft was then prepared and then sewn to the rims with a running 6-0 Prolene suture.
