There is no such specific CPT code for the procedure. So, use CPT 37799 (unlisted code). Since, coding description patterns are not resembled with other procedure codes, but still for comparison you can go through with the CPT 35246 and 35276, which are used for repair blood vessel with vein graft; intrathoracic, without bypass and repair of blood vessel with graft other than vein; intrathoracic, without bypass, respectively. Also when submitting claims to the payer, impact the charge for the unlisted procedure, and include a copy of the operative report to validate why the procedure was unlisted. So, attach your operative report to justify reimbursement for the unlisted procedure.
