The procedure was performed in a global period for emergency basis:

Dx: Infected wound seroma; CSF leak

Revision of craniocervical surgical wound with incision and drainage of seroma. Revision of craniocervical decompression and revison of duraplasty reconstruction with collagen patch. Placement of epidural drain.

The initial procedure was Sub-occipital craniectomy for decompression and C1-C2 lamimectomies for Chiari type I, but the patient returned to operating room for revision previous surgery and drainage infected seroma.
