Patient had a total shoulder replacement on 12/26/2019 under BCBS and the global period runs 90 days, approximately through the 24th of March. However, pt was returned to OP surgery on march 13 for a rotator cuff repair on the same shoulder, now under United Healthcare as primary insurance.
