Patient had huge cerebellopontine angle tumor measuring more than 4.5 cm causing severe impingement on the brain stem, compressing the brainstem and displacing it to the right side. Procedure performed was retromastiod craniotomy with partial resection of cerebellopontine angle tumor,intraoperative neuronavigation with MRI scan in brain suite with intraoperative MRI scans x 3, Microdissection

Would 61520 be appropriate in addition 61781,69990-59, 70557 x3

Well, the coding pattern seems appropriate but as CPT 69990 is column-II code for CPT 61781, CPT 70557 is also a column-II code for 61781- modifier is allowed in order to differentiate between the services provided, so use modifier 59 with CPT 70557 too. Hope it helps!
