RETROGRADE GASTROSCOPY AND ESOPHAGOSCOPY

CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME THE CORRECT CPT CODE FOR REMOVAL OF PEG TUBE TO PERFORM RETROGRADE GASTROSCOPY AND ESOPHAGOSCOPY TO EVALUATE STENOSIS

If the physician is removing tube just by snipping and letting the internal tube pass through the GI tract then you can only bill an E/M code. If he is doing it with endoscopy and removing the tube then consider the endoscopy FB removal codes, 43215 or 43247, hope that helps.
