We have a client who would like us to run a reflex molecular test on all High Grade PIN prostate biopsies. This test requires us to pull the blocks from archive, recut slides and ship them out to a reference laboratory. The send-out laboratory will be billing for the molecular test. The test requires them to look at all of the cores on the case. Can we bill multiple units representing the work involved on each core - or is this code meant to be used as 1 unit per case?
