Resection of Tumor

Need coding help for the complex brain surgery that took more than 12 hours. Pt. had Petroclival meningioma. Pt. went for resection of meningioma surgery. Dr. performed following approaches : extended middle cranial fossa approch with petrous apex resection and right presigmoid transpetrosal and right reromastoid approch. Removal of meningioma from middle and posterior cranial fossa for definitive procedure -double time for whole procedure, use of microscope and sterotacic frameless volumetric navigation during procedure. Thank you.
