Which CPT code(s)would you use for the following procedures? Repair anterior tibialias tendon laceration in the foot. Since tendon was retracted from its insertion site in the foot and not long enough, doctor used an Arthroflex graft to wrap the ends and anchor it back to the foot. CPT 28208 and 28899 (Arthroflex graft)?

CPT 28208 is the correct code that relates to this procedure.

Arthroflex graft should be billed with HCPCS code Q4125. This code is billed per square centimeter graft used. This code can be billed for a maximum of 28 units.
