removal of subaceous cyst

How do I properly code the removal of a subaceous cyst in my primary care office..

We are using 17110 with a DX of 078.19 ..what am I missing please? I can't use a 99213 so what do I do???

We use procedure codes 11400 thru 11446 and diagnosis code of 706.2

Is this for a subcutaneous, sebaceous cyst or warts? The dx you are using if for other specified warts and the 17110 code would be correct if this is for warts, If it is for a benign lesion the codes Brian have given you are correct. You also could bill a 99213 if the doctor has documented the elements of the code with a mod 25 on the visit.
