How would you code the following: EAC occluded with white debris and pus, removed with suction under operating microscope. Diagnosis is 380.10 otitis externa

If the physician has given incision for drainage of pus than 69020 can be used in addition to secondary code 69990.But if no incision is given than 69399 can be used along with 69990 as additional code.
