reform anterior chamber

post cataract surgery, pt developed shallowing of anterior chamber. Dr went back into OR and A.T. was inflated and micochol miostat was use because pupilary constriction was desired.
Can I bill 66020 with modifier 78?

I would recommend using 66030-78 here as micochol miostat is a medication not a filler like viscoelastic.
