"re-injured during post op"

Paula Posted Fri 19th of June, 2015 15:43:44 PM

Hello, I need confirmation that we are billing correctly on a patient that was re-injured during the post op period.
Dos: 4-1-15 billed:

99222 57 dx 719.45
27130 LT dx 820.02 & 715.15 ***these charges have been paid***

**patient reinjured and was seen in the ER

Dos: 6-19-15 billed:
99282 24,57 dx: 719.45 ***are modifiers correct on these 2 codes?***
27266 78 dx: 996.42

Patient was then admitted to inpatient.

Appreciate your input.
