How would I code the following:
DIAGNOSIS: Malalignment patient’s left radius and ulna fracture, metaphyseal/diaphyseal fracture.

PROCEDURE: Closed reduction with percutaneous pinning x3, 0.054 K-wires of the radius fracture.
