Good Afternoon, I would like to know if we are allowed to bill lidocaine J2001 with the above procedure... Please let me know. Thanks,

Lidocaine (code J2001) is used for local anesthetic and Medicare does not pay for it separately because payment of local anesthesia is included in the procedure code. So it should not be reported separately.
