Can Zingo's NDC be covered as a MEDICARE part A,B, or D? Can it be billed in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long term hospital care?

Zingo's NDC is covered as a MEDICARE B. However, these codes are for items and/or services that CMS chose to exclude from the fee schedule payment by regulation. No RVUs are shown, and no payment may be made under the fee schedule for these codes. Payment for them, when covered, generally continues under reasonable charge procedures.

Also, it can be billed in skilled nursing and assisted living.
