Provider Signature, Date and Timing guideline

If a provider writes a hospital progress note with a signature and date on it, but has no time, can you still code and submit that note for reimbursement.

Yes, it can be coded and submit for reimbursement. But, if the coding is time bounded then time should be mention with the sign and date by the attending physician.
