hi please provide information in which scenario would it be proper to bill for cpt 44604 when there is seroal tear due to extensive malignant disease and which diagnosis would apply thanks -

CPT code 44604 will be applicable to perforated ulcer, diverticulum, wound, injury or rupture without colostomy being performed.
