We filed claims with the Medicare 'G' codes through last year. Is there any other reporting required for the Medicare incentive?

Not if you are reporting via claims. You do not have announce your intent to participate, and at the end of the period they will determine whether you met the requirements based on the number of G codes you submitted that met the requirements they have set.
