When doing a colonoscopy, if polyps found in ascending and transverse colon and pathology indicates: Ascending polyp biopsy: Tubular Adenoma, Transverse polyp biopsy: Hyperplastic polyp. Would it be D12.2 for the polyp in the ascending colon and K63.5 for Transverse? Thank you
