Placement of a subdural peritoneal shunt left sided;attached Rickham Reservoir

If a physician places a subdural peritoneal shunt and attaches a Rickham Reservoir, what would you code? Should the Rickham Reservoir be charged separate; please explain.

CPT code 62192 "Creation of shunt; subarachnoid/subdural-peritoneal, -pleural, other terminus" would be appropriate to code for subdural peritoneal shunt. Attachment of Rickham Reservoir is a part of the creation of shunt procedure hence, coding 62192 alone would be appropriate for the mentioned scenario.
