Can you bill two place of service codes on one claim? Such as POS 99 and 11 on various codes. Example listed below: 11 99394 EP 25 11 G0447 EP 99 96160 EP 99 96127 EP 11 90460 EP 11 90686 EP

Hi Anondra,

Thank you for your question.

The Place of Service (POS) code identifies the location where the service was rendered; hence, you can report two place of service code on one claim.

Note: Make sure to report the appropriate place of service code in the claim form (distinct service line) along with CPT/HCPCS code(s) to account for the change in location.

Please feel free to ask any further question; if any.
