I am looking for CPT code for a procedure of Excision of Phlebolith? After studying the chart I feel that the physician is possible going to remove a calcium deposit from the patients vein. Can you please help me with this??? Thank you as always you guys are very helpful.

For the procedure of excision of phlebolith from the vein, there is no appropriate CPT code. Hence, we are left with a CPT code from "unlisted" category, i.e. CPT 37799 (Unlisted procedure, vascular surgery).
