27658-RT, 28086-RT, 27630-RT-59 (Bill this code with -59 modifier, if the ganglion was resected from the tendon other than Peroneal brevis tendon). If performed on Peronneal brevis, the procedure is included in CPT code 27658.

Icd codes - 727.69,727.42
