Can you please tell me how to code the following?
Procedure note- Peripheral nerve block that serves the sacroiliac joint-
Level L5 medial branch along with the right S1,S2,S3 lateral nerve branches- Total number of peripheral nerves blocked 4
Then my doc has used cpt 64450 x 4. Is this correct?

This is correct

CPT code 64450 describes therapeutic peripheral nerve block, which includes, but is not limited to, injection treatment of tarsal tunnel syndrome, sural nerve entrapment, and medial calcaneal nerve branch neuritis.
