Peg site infection

Peg site infection but it was taken out to weeks ago we were consulted to design abx regimen to prevent peg infection. pt also has pneumonia/aspiration w group b strep and severe sepsis with ac resp failure. How would I code this. The peg site infection is not active.
Please advise also is the pneuomonia going to be 482.32? thank you.

Pneumonia/aspiration w group B strep --> 482.32, 041.02

severe sepsis with ac resp failure --> 038.9, 995.92, 518.81 [code the organism ICD from category 041 if reason for septicemia is mentioned, otherwise it will be 038.9). If Strep. Gr. B is the cause, then code overall case as :

041.02, 995.92, 482.32, 518.81

PEG infection is not current, so will not be coded.
