PEEK Structural Allograft

Nicole Posted Wed 13th of June, 2018 10:08:40 AM
Need clarification in regards to billing the PEEK cage with allograft. If the doctor is stating that a PEEK structural allograft was sized, packed with allograft along with autograft and packed into interspace, which code(s) would be correct: 22853 / 20931 / 20936. Is there a link or information that can be provided in regards to the structural allograft? For instance, what is an example of a structural allograft? Is it biologic materials? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
