Dx: I20.9 I25.10

The patient has atypical chest pain and probable angina pectoris.
He has documented CAD with remote coronary bypass surgery (2010) and aortic valve replacement.
He underwent (2015/11) left heart catheterization, selective coronary angiography, left ventricle pressure measurement and no left ventriculography.
He underwent two saphenous vein graft and a left internal mammary angiography.
Decision was made during the procedure to proceed with two vessel coronary angioplasty and drug eluting stents in the vein graft to the LAD along with drug eluting stent in the vein graft to the CxOM. Left radial vascular access.

Is this CPT sequence appropriate?
