Good morning, my questions is our provider in some cases performed pap smear in patient with uterine malignancy, ovarian malignancy would that be a billable services for Medicare patients with Q0091 and a designated diagnosis of V72.6,V76.47 Or are these consider diagnostic exam

Code Q0091 (for PAP smear) should be used for patients with no signs, symptoms, or prior history of genital malignancy.
