CAN I BILL 64555 with unit(s) i have my doctor who perform P-stim in four different locations, also can we bill 95972 along with, this is priorty

Most appropriate CPT code for P-stim implantation would be 64999, Unlisted procedure, nervous system.

If the documentation is clear for programming the device then only we can use 95972 with add-on code 95973 according to the time.
