Since this was done for 3 hours and was done in outpatient hospital, would this be coded 95953- 52,26 for the physician that read it?

Yes. You can bill in this way. You have to indicate the actual number of hours (i.e 3 hours), as well as including other documentation explaining the details of the procedure.
