Oral Cavity Cautery

Erin Posted Thu 15th of November, 2012 17:10:28 PM

Our ENT physician did a cautery of the gum/ tooth area, because the patient had a tooth out that day and has a bleeding disorder. I could not find a code specific enough for that procedure other than an unlisted code. Any suggestions? Thank you

True. There is no code for this. Use 41899 to describe it.
