Our docs are asking if we can bill 58210 52 mod for abd hysterectomy w/ bso when done for endometrial cancer.

Yes, 52 modifier can be added with 58210 if provider is performing radical abdominal hysterectomy with BSO only.

even if they do not do a partial vaginectomy?

Partial vaginectomy is not inclusive in CPT 58210. Discription of CPT 58210 is Radical abdominal hysterectomy, with bilateral total pelvic lymphadenectomy and para-aortic lymph node sampling (biopsy), with or without removal of tube(s), with or without removal of ovary(s).
