Can 99202 and G0444 be billed on the same day? If so, what modifiers should be applied. Thank you.

Thanks for your question. Yes 99202 and G0444; Annual depression screening, 15 minutes may be billed on the same date. Your documentation should support billing a separate E/M code. Although G0444 may not be bundled into 99202, appending a modifier -59 may be required by payers who accept this G code. See below link for article regarding this billing scenario.
