nurse sign off

Tammy Posted Mon 16th of May, 2016 05:38:08 AM
the nurse who did the initial documentation is no longer with the organization. Per the response a nurse master still needs to be generated, it was not signed off. What do we do? do we right it off? for compliance reasons? thanks.

Hi, Nurse initial service performed can be billed,if you can get electronic sign or master nurse can sign. DOS should be from the time of duration when she was with the organization. It needs to be right it off if you doesn't get electronic sign or it was not under master nurse supervision. Thanks
