NOTES: trans-lumenal, endoscopic choledochoduodenostomy

I need help with CPT Peri-ampullary mass resulting in distal CBD obstruction. Biopsies taken for histology. Unable to cannulate biliary tree through ampulla. EUS guided, choledochoduodenostomy performed. echoendoscope was advanced into the duodenum. A 19 gauge needle was advanced through the duodenum and into the mid extrahepatic bile duct. Contrast was injected and a cholangiogram was obtained. There was a distal CBD stricture with diffuse dilation of the biliary tree proximal to the stricture. A long 0.025inch guidewire was advanced through the needle and into the intrahepatic biliary tree. A tract was then incised using a needle knife. The tract was then dilated with a 4mm balloon dilator, then a 6mm balloon dilator. One 10mm Would I use CPT 43264,43261 & 43242?
