Hello, what cpt code would I use to report the below procedure?

NOGA mapping perfomred using the NOGA mapping system. An adequate map was obtained.
10 injections were performed, each over 40-60 seconds, unsing the Myostar catheter. No immediate complications noted.
PVCs noted before each injection.

I think the use of Noga mapping system is not covered by any code. Please give me couple of days for my editor to retrieve all the requirements.

Thanks for being patient.

This appears to be 3D mapping, so use the appropriate 3D mapping code, taking into consideration other services performed on the same date (e.g., 93613 with a primary code or include it in 93654).
