No Doc Pt ER; Fetal Demise, 29 weeks by dates;18-20 by Scan; Induced; delivered

Pt @ ER, no doc pt; diagnosed by outside ER; fetal demise; 29 weeks by dates; 18-20 by scan;pt admitted; ultrasound done to confirm fetal demise; fetus had multiple anomolies by ultrasound; pt given prostaglandins to induce labor; pt delivered anomolous fetus less than 350gm. Biopsies were also cut from fetus and sent for genetic testing. Transport/ultrasound/induction/delivery/biopsies from fetus all done on same day; 1/16/2011
Any feedback on coding/dx's? Thanks in advance for your help.

Please answer just one query: Whether patient admitted to hospital as Inpatient or admitted into ER only?
