Neuroplasty left siatic nerve

Can I bill for a neuroplasty of left sciatic nerve if it was done due to pts body habitus & so a safe surgery could be performed? If so what dx code do I use. The surgery being performed was orif left acetabulum fx involving both columns w/allograft augmentation & Open reduction of unstable hip dislocation, traumatic.

The other procedures & dx used were; 1) ORIF left acetabulum fx involving both columns w/allograft augmentation-S32432A, S32442A. 2) open reduction of unstable hip dislocation, traumatic-S73005A. 3) neuroplasty left sciatic nerve--?? 4) Arthrotomy left hip w/removal of multiple fragments-M859. 5) application of incisional wound vac. 6) removal of skeletal traction pin left distal femur-M948X8. As per the given documentation, S74.02XA, Injury of sciatic nerve at hip and thigh level, left leg, initial encounter should be appropriate. Thank you.
