Neupogen injections

Dan Posted Tue 10th of December, 2013 15:01:34 PM

Patient receives two injections of Neupogen on one date of service - 1 syringe of 300mcg and 1 syringe of 480mcg. Can the 2 administrations (96372) be billed and if so are any modifiers needed?

Need to know if these injections were administered on distinct sites for same diagnosis and whether the two injections were from two different vials of different dosage concentration of the same medication. Two administrations can be billed but manner of reporting would depend on further info.
