Need advise with coding combination!

Can i bill together the following codes:
92941 with MOD RC
92920 with MOD 59 + RC
93458 with MOD 26 + 59

Please reply ASAP!

92941-RC and 93458-26/59 should be fine together. CPT guidelines indicate you may report a diagnostic angiogram with the PCI code in specific circumstances, such as having no prior study available or the patient’s condition changing.

But you should not report PTCA of the RC with 92920 in this case. You indicate the 92941 service was for the RC, and all angioplasty in the vessel is included in 92941: Percutaneous transluminal revascularization of acute total/subtotal occlusion during acute myocardial infarction, coronary artery or coronary artery bypass graft, any combination of intracoronary stent, atherectomy and angioplasty, including aspiration thrombectomy when performed, single vessel
