Nasal lesion

How would you code: 1% lidocaine with epinephrine 0.2mL's was injected into the nasal septum under the identified lesion. Local anesthesia was achieved. True Cut forceps were used to biopsy and remove the lesion. Attempt was made to remove it in its entirety. The lesion was sent to pathology. Hemostatis was achieved with silver nitrate.

I came up with 30117 or 11441...not sure which one to use.
