If the dictation states navigational bronch used with transbronchial bx and then do a navigational bronch with transbronchial needle aspiration can you bill the navigational bronch twice?

The correct answer to this question will depend on the details of this particular case. I feel that if the navigational bronch is performed on the same site/side, then you cannot bill it twice for the procedure performed at the same time. However it may be billable twice if it is performed on different sites/sides. Thank you.
