We billed 11302, 11302-59 but line two denied as a duplicate. We are in Michigan but bill our medicare to WPS Medicare which is in Wisconsin. I am being told that this code is eligible for "quantity billing", to rebill on one line changing the number of units/billed amount to reflect how many were removed. What are anyone's thoughts on this? Has anyone encountered a similar situation.

As per denial statement above, you can bill 11302 on same line with two units.
