67938 is coded as per number of eyelids effected so you can code either E1, E2, E3, E4 or with a 50 modifier. Code 68840 can be coded with either LT, RT or 50 modifier. You can further inquire your payer for their acceptance of these codes with modifiers LT,RT, 50, E1.E2.....
Also, there are no bundling issues found between these codes so you can bill both these codes.
