URINE SPECIMEN, POSITIVE FOR UTI, also molecular results detected. n39.0 for UTI. What would I assign for the following molecular results that are detected? Klebsiella pneumonia Enterococcus faecalis pseudomonas aeruginosa klebsiella oxtoca Candida albicans Candida glabrate Any help appreciated.

The most appropriate codes to use for molecular results/infection agents are B96.1, B95.2 and B96.89. Little tricky. Feel free to ask for further assistence. Thank you.
