Thank you for the Question!

Code 15823 is a column 2 code for 67908, but you may use a CCI-associated modifier to override the edit under appropriate circumstances. Hence append modifier 59 along with CPT code 15823 to unbundle the edit. Kindly Bill CPT codes as defined undermentioned.

67900

15823-59-51-RT/LT or 50

67908-51

Note: Please append LT/RT or 50 along with CPT codes 67900 and 67908 as per the medical documentation. Kindly get in touch with your payer for modifier 51 specific reimbursement guidelines as some payers don't reimburse when modifier 51 and 59 appended together.

Hope that Helps!
