i was wondering if someone could help me with this.

I started working for a neurologist and notice they are using the modifier AT. the only thing I found on the AT modifier was it meant acute treatment and it is to be use by a chiropractor.

My understanding is they only use it to bill Texas Medicaid and I could not find any information under texas medicaid on the AT modifier.

They will include the AT modifiers with the 59.

Can someone please help me

Go to section 6.3.5 Modifiers. It lists the modifiers and any special instructions.

Hope this helps!
