Modifier placement

Reyna Posted Thu 03rd of May, 2012 22:37:21 PM

Very often I have to code 88342 and 88360 for the same case. Does it matter which code I add the modifier to?

You should use modifier on 88342 and you should bill 88360 in first order because 88360 has higher RVU than 88342.
