Patient had cataract surgery 66984, one month later scheduled for opposite eye, cataract surgery 66984. During the second surgery, IOL repositioning is done 66825 on the first eye. I need help with the modifiers. Can I use 59 with 79 and which would go first. I would also need to include the eye. Please help.

Since the eye is different Modifier 79 is not applicable for RT eye.
